Gentle Sunday Yoga for Women in Augusta

Self-Care Sundays are a regular 90-minute in-person yoga class, held every second Sunday in Augusta, created for women who value time to slow down, unwind, and take care of themselves.

This is not fitness yoga, and it’s not about pushing or striving.
It’s a supportive space to move gently, breathe deeply, and settle your nervous system — so you leave feeling more at ease in your body and calmer in your mind.

What to Expect

Each Self-Care Sunday draws on themes from the Yoga for Inner Calm program and includes:

  • Gentle, accessible yoga movements

  • Slow, steady breathing practices

  • Time to release tension and stiffness

  • A long guided relaxation at the end

A beginner-intermediate level class for Molloy Island residents and their guests to stretch, move, and relax together. Classes are offered by donation, with all proceeds supporting Augusta Wildlife Care — helping care for our local wildlife.

Looking for a more personal way to experience yoga?
These 90-minute sessions are designed just for you or for a small group of up to four people. Perfect for beginners through to intermediate level, with each class tailored to meet your needs and preferences.
I will phone you beforehand to discuss what you’d like from your session, then come to your home (within 30 kms drive of Augusta, WA) and guide you through a practice that feels supportive and calming.
Choose from:
Hatha Yoga for balanced strength, stability and flexibility
Yin Yoga for deep release and stillness
Chair Yoga for accessible, gentle movement
Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation and nervous system support
Yoga for Back Care a gentle, supportive practice to release tension, build core strength, and improve mobility.
Yoga Nidra for guided rest and meditation
