ABOUT ME


Hi, I’m Mary (Maz) — and I teach yoga in Karridale (just 15km from Augusta, Western Australia) to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more at ease.

The classes are beginner–intermediate level, trauma-informed and taught in simple, friendly language — with plenty of options for your body and occassionally some simple science to understand how yoga works.
