Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a supportive, slower-paced class designed to help you move, stretch, breathe and feel better — without needing to get up and down from the floor.

Using a chair for support, we explore simple yoga movements to improve mobility, balance, strength, posture, breathing, and relaxation. The class is suitable for beginners, older adults, people returning to movement, or anyone wanting a gentler way to care for their body.

You don’t need to be flexible or have any yoga experience. Everything is offered with options, and you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your own body and move at your own pace.

These classes are taught in a friendly, welcoming environment with a focus on helping you feel calmer, more comfortable in your body, and more connected to yourself.

Tuesdays 10.30–11.30am
