This short online series is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and settle your nervous system — so you can feel calmer in your body and mind.
It’s simple, guided, and easy to follow.

Just a quiet space to pause… and reset.
Each session includes:
gentle easy movements to release tension
simple breathing practices to calm your system
time to rest and properly unwind
You’ll also take away small, practical tools you can use on your own.

This is a small first online group, so I’m keeping things simple and relaxed.
1. Download Zoom (super simple)
2. Register on the schedule page (right here)
3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)
4. You’ll be automatically admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy. Ready to join?
