Not all yoga feels the same. My approach always has options, alows you to connect to your body, and focuses on calming your mind — not pushing, sweating, or forcing flexibility. Many students who “didn’t like yoga” elsewhere find this style works for them.

I don’t have a dedicated studio. I teach in a couple of community locations in Karridale and Augusta, as well as online. Each live class listing clearly states the venue, so you always know exactly where to go.

Ideally, no — it’s best to avoid eating for at least an hour before yoga. Twisting and bending on a full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable. If you do need something, keep it light, like a piece of fruit or a small smoothie.
