Personalised 90-minute yoga sessions in your own home

Looking for a more personal way to experience yoga?

These 90-minute sessions are designed just for you or for a small group of up to four people. Perfect for beginners through to intermediate level, with each class tailored to meet your needs and preferences.

I will phone you beforehand to discuss what you’d like from your session, then come to your home (within 30 kms drive of Augusta, WA) and guide you through a practice that feels supportive and calming.

Choose from:

Hatha Yoga for balanced strength, stability and flexibility

Yin Yoga for deep release and stillness

Chair Yoga for accessible, gentle movement

Restorative Yoga for deep relaxation and nervous system support

Yoga for Back Care a gentle, supportive practice to release tension, build core strength, and improve mobility.

Yoga Nidra for guided rest and meditation

You’ll receive one-on-one support, space to ask questions, and a practice that’s designed to help you feel calm, supported and more at ease in your body and mind.
